Current education often overlooks the importance of real-world communication—leaving teens unprepared for the everyday speaking situations they’ll face, from classroom presentations to job interviews. Further, many public speaking programs focus on competitive debating or high-stakes presentations, leaving students who aren't naturally inclined toward public speaking with little support.

With a career spanning three decades, Preeti Bhatia is a seasoned entrepreneur and philanthropist who has successfully built multiple businesses and charities. She founded Omland Hospitality Products Ltd., now a leading B2B provider across hospitality, healthcare, education, and institutional sectors. Preeti’s strategic vision and hands-on approach to product development have led to the creation of widely embraced brands and industry-specific solutions.
Beyond her business acumen, Preeti is dedicated to fostering integrity, collaboration, and meaningful connections within her organization and community. Preeti is dedicated to equipping the next generation with the skills and experiences needed to thrive in a globalized world. As co-founder of the Yes Academy, she is committed to empowering youth to excel in their future professional endeavors.

Madhu Arora is a coach and mentor with the Yes Academy. Madhu Arora is a dynamic communicator with over 20 years of experience across journalism, corporate strategy, and public affairs, working with leading businesses, governments, and nonprofits in Canada, the USA, and India. A trained journalist with degrees from the University of Delhi, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the University of Windsor, Madhu’s expertise spans impactful storytelling and strategic messaging. Her career highlights include hundreds of published articles and interviews with global dignitaries, from political leaders to activists and film icons. Known for her adaptability, she bridges diverse sectors and audiences with ease, making her a master of clear, compelling communication. Madhu is passionate about empowering others to find their voice and deliver their message with confidence and impact.
